Frosty Friends - Lollies With Style!

I've already Blogged about how I had stocked my freezer with both Homemade Lollies and shop brought ones, but when the team at Just Mustard (you can also find them on Facebook) saw I only had plain boring ordinary lolly moulds, they offered me a choice of some of the great lolly moulds that they stock. As I can never decide what I want or between more than one option I asked the children to decide and they decided that we should have the Frosty Friends set.

When the Lolly Mould arrived, I gave them a quick wash before filling with some Tropical Fruit Juice and sticking in the freezer. A few hours later and with a quick blood test to make sure that Big Boy was okay to have one we all decided to have a homemade ice lolly.

As the moulds are made of a flexible plastic, the iced lollies were easy to manipulate out of the mould and we thought they looked fantastic.

Tops and BB both chose the lolly that they liked best, Big Boy opting for the one that he said had "Dead" Eyes (he has seen too many cartoons!) and Top Ender went for the one she claimed looked surprised at being eaten!

We loved the moulds, and they sure were more fun than the ones that we had previously and we think that the others that we've seen on the website would be great fun to eat too. In fact having looked through the website I've seen many items that I'm hoping might be added to my Christmas Stocking by a kindly chap in Red and failing that, under the tree thanks to my lovely husband (HINT! HINT!) although I think that I might just have to buy them myself!

The lolly mould that we had sent is £7.98 and available from Just Mustard. We were sent it for free to review, but would tell you if it wasn't any good. As it is brilliant we've told you that.
