With me going to the gym every day (you can read about it on Pippa World) and losing weight it started Daddy looking at how he too could improve his fitness and also have the added side benefit of losing weight. Daddy decided that what would be best for him would be to go cycling and so we spent the Evans Cycle Vouchers I won at the MADs in 2011 and brought him a Hybrid Bike. If Daddy hadn't already become a Gym Widow then I would have become a Cycling Widow because he is out on his bike every day and actually I am a little jealous...
A couple of weekends ago Daddy agreed to take me out on a bike ride. It was a 14 mile bike ride and seeing as I haven't cycled outside in a few years it was a challenge for me (and for Daddy too as he had to go at my pace and encourage me) and for my bike. Luckily though I had been sent a fantastic Bike Multi Tool to give to Daddy to review and he was able to use it to make sure my bike was ready to do the ride (even if I wasn't!), which included raising the handle bars, seat and tightening the breaks. Really I need a new bike, but we work with what we have.
I had found the Multi Tool on Presents for Men, which had said I could chose a gift for Daddy for our anniversary. Daddy is one of those kind of men who are hard to buy for because he either already has everything he could possibly need (We've gadgets galore here) and until last July he didn't have any hobbies that you could buy accessories for!
The Multi Tool pouch is designed to be worn on a belt, but as it is so small Daddy can keep it in his bike bag (well he can't at the minute because he doesn't have one only I do!) and as it was only £9.99 it's not like it's a gift that will break the bank (actually having looked at other gifts on the website almost everything I liked the look of was a reasonable price). Daddy has said that it's a great gift because it has all the tools that he needs when he is out and about on his bike, useful for tightening things that might come lose or if he needed to repair a tyre etc. All I know is that it made him very happy and that's what I'm after in a gift I give.
We were sent the Bike Multi-Tool from Presents for Men.
