Evening Meal Plans (W/C 06/07)

What a week it's been and what a week to come. What do you think of the new blog design? And did you see what I got up to in Sweden? There are some more great changes and events coming up that I'm hoping you'll love, but really this should all be about the food...

Pollock and Cray Fish

Saturday - Pork Rolls

I have yet another cook book to review, this time it's Mama's Family Cookbook and there is a great recipe for Pork Rolls, which I think will make a brilliant Saturday night meal.

Sunday - Roast Chicken

As it is Fast Sunday, I have no doubt that I am going to be STARVING come Sunday evening, so I'm really looking forward to having our Roast as we've not had one for two weeks (Sunday before last someone forgot to get a Chicken out of the freezer so we had something else instead).

Monday - Soup and Toasties

I'm out tonight at the Theatre with my Mum watching "Go Back For Murder", which I think will be a good watch as it is an Agatha Christie and my Mum and I love a good who done it, or in this case did she do it?! I'm hoping that this meal won't repeat on me otherwise I'll be going back for indigestion relief!

Tuesday - Chicken and Mushroom Lasagne

I can't wait for this Lasagne, it's from the cook book I'm reviewing and I think will be a great change from the usual beef lasagne.

Wednesday - Spaghetti Carbonara

We seem to have a lot of spaghetti in the house at the minute, so I need to use it up. I'm making the meal from scratch, so I hope it is as tasty as the last time I made it from scratch.

Thursday - Sausages and Peppers

I'm out during the day with the Team from Fitbug, so I thought it best to do something really quick for our evening meal.

Friday - Smoked Haddock and Potato Pie

I'm really into Smoke Haddock at the moment (and eggs, but that's another story) and I'm hoping that my family will like the meal too.

I think that this week, we have some good meals planned I just hope that the rest of the family feel the same!

Just to be clear, I have received the Mama's Family Cookbook to review.
