Why I Don't Watch Soaps Anymore

My Mum was here the other evening, before she and Top Ender went to the Theatre. After we'd shared a meal together, Top Ender disappeared upstairs to get ready for her evening out. This mainly involved, changing out of her School uniform and into her jeans and favourite shirt and hunting out her lipstick.

Top Ender, Big Boy and I being funny.

Big Boy decided to play on the Wii U, but on the hand console bit so that Granny could still watch her usual programmes and I immediately jumped on to the PC, as I was talking with Daddy via Skype and attempting to get a bit of work done. However. As the main PC in the living room is positioned so that you can at a push see the TV at the same time, I kinda gatecrashed watching my Mum's soaps too.

"Why's that person angry at that person?"
"Who's that?"
"Why is she on the floor?"
"Why does that person have stupid hair?"
"Who killed who?"
"Why did they do that?"
"So does she love him?"
"Is she really ill?"
"Where's that one that used to be in it?"

There's a reason I don't watch soaps anymore. I'm not sure what it is, but I'm sure there is a reason. There's also a reason as to why my Mum gave me a dirty look, every time I went to open my mouth. I think I've worked out why on that front however.

Are you a soaps fan or are you like me and have no clue what's going on?
