Squee! I am so excited for the February challenge, which is starting in just a few days, but also I'm rather excited about exciting prospects on the horizon, some new challenges and I'm going to need a few days to decide how my plan for the next five years or so is going to change. based on these exciting times and challenges. I did say I wanted Balance this year, looks like I'm going to be working hard for it!

Monday - Cinnamon Buns and Fruit Salad
Tuesday - Cereal and Toast
Wednesday - Beans on Toast
Thursday - Cereal and Toast
Friday - Bean and Sausage Hash
Saturday and Sunday - Fend for yourself!

Lunch


Monday - Sausage Rolls
Tuesday - Ham and Cheese Sandwiches
Wednesday - School Lunch
Thursday - Chicken Wraps
Friday - School Lunch
Saturday - Beans on Toast
Sunday - Roasted Vegetable Winter Salad with Steak (We eat a smaller meal for our evening meal)

Evening Meals


Monday - Spaghetti and Sauce
Tuesday - Jacket Potato with Tuna and Bacon
Wednesday - Fish Fingers and Mash
Thursday - Chicken Casserole with Wedges
Friday - Stir Fry Salad with Prawns
Saturday - Burrito Salad Bowl
Sunday - Chicken Rolls (we eat our main meal lunchtime)
