Peel some potatoes, cube them and boil them to make Mash
Grill a pack of fish fingers on both sides so they are cooked.
When the fish fingers are cooked put them in a dish suitable for the oven and pour a can of baked beans over the top of them.
If you want to you can add hidden vegetables in at this point, I like to puree them so that nobody knows they are there, but my Mum used to add sweetcorn.
Cover the bean and fish finger mixture with your mash potato.
Sprinkle the top of the potato with grated cheese and put the dish in the over for 10 minutes so the cheese melts and the potato goes crispy.
Serve and enjoy.
