All Meals W/C 18th March 2019

A couple of weeks back, I made a few meals for some friends who were under the weather. One of the meals I made was a Fish Pie, and I accidentally didn't make enough Mash to cover one of the eight I made... So I decided to turn some of Flyfour's gluten-free rolls into breadcrumbs and added in a little Parmesan and Mozzarella and covered the fish pie with the mixture. It was honestly the best Fish Pie I have ever had, that the children have ever had AND it might be the only way I ever cook it from now on. Just wish I'd taken a picture of it! Anyway, I had wanted to share it with you as it was a big thing for me! Now, on with the week!

Paper Fish - Don't make a Fish Pie out of these!

We're trying to find some new and great breakfast meals that we love as a family, but also keep us full until lunch. Does anyone have any ideas?

Monday - Porridge with Fruit
Tuesday - Crepes with Various Toppings
Wednesday - Toast with Dutch Toppings
Thursday - Cereal and Toast
Friday - Sausages and Eggs

I'm so excited for this week! I'm in the School I'm a Governor at on Tuesday and Wednesday, out on a School trip with Dan Jon and his classmates on Thursday and I'm going to Forest School with the little ones on Friday. I might forget what my house looks like.

Monday - School Lunch
Tuesday - Home Made Sausage Rolls
Wednesday - School Lunch
Thursday - Pasta Bowls
Friday - School Lunch

Evening Meal

We've been giggling today about the different things we have going on, honestly, anyone would think we don't like our home or each other. Monday did have Top Ender having a friend round to work on a project together, Tuesday is Orchestra and then Rainbows for Tops followed by Youth for her and I, Wednesday is Brownies, Thursday is Top Ender's Concert and Friday we can sleep!

Monday - Tuna Pasta with Peppers and Onions
Tuesday - Loaded Slow-Cooker Potatoes and Pork Chops
Wednesday - Fish Pie (last of my frozen ones!)
Thursday - Pizza
Friday - Jacket Potatoes with Various Toppings

So there you go, that is what we are planning on eating this week. How about you, anything exciting coming up that you'd like to share, any meals, in particular, you'd like to know how I make them or if I would make them so you don't have to try it out on your family? Let me know!
