All Meals WC 7th May 2019

For my family, this week is all about economical meals. Yup, as usual, I'm trying to be cheap and frugal and provide meals that are filling and healthy all at the same time. There is no huge push to do so in our household budget (beyond what is normal), but I'm just trying super hard... plus I want to run down the freezer and get rid of all those odds and ends!

So, on with the week!

Breakfasts

We are having some cooked breakfasts this week, but mainly because the weather looked to be terrible when I was meal planning and we're also trying to do some carb free breakfasts so we can ensure Dan Jon is ready for his SAT's next week. There will be a breakfast club at School that he would like to attend, so I need to make sure his levels are good!

Tuesday - Sausages and Scrambled Egg
Wednesday - Omelette with Peppers and Cheese
Thursday - Bacon and Egg cups
Friday - Sausages, Eggs and Bacon with Toast or Bagels

Lunch

Dan Jon is still experimenting with different tastes and flavours, but we're sticking mainly with things we know he likes in his lunchbox because we don't want him hungry mid-afternoon!

Tuesday - Ham, Carrot and Cucumber Sushi Sandwiches
Wednesday - School Lunch (Jacket Potato)
Thursday - Cheese and Ham with Pickle Sandwiches
Friday - School Lunch (Fish and Chips!)

Evening Meal

This week I have a meeting on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday... oh and I'm off on a PGL on Friday with Top Ender and the Brownies, so the boys are fending for themselves (Yes, again!).

Tuesday - Fish Pie (with Vegetables and Puff Pastry Top!)
Wednesday - Sausage Rolls with Baked Beans
Thursday - Pizza
Friday - Whatever the boys want!

So there you go, that is what we are planning on eating this week. How about you, anything exciting coming up that you'd like to share, any meals, in particular, you'd like to know how I make them or if I would make them so you don't have to try it out on your family? Let me know!
